Welcome to Madie. We are an artisanal French pâtisserie and specialty coffee shop in Madrid, and this website (madie.es) is here to share what we do and to let you send us a catering or events enquiry. By using the site, you agree to these simple terms. Please read them, and if anything is unclear, just get in touch.

What this site is for
This is an informational website. It shows our menu and products, our story, a photo gallery, where to find us, and a live Instagram follower count.
It is not an online shop. There is no shopping cart, no online payment, and no account or login. The only thing you can send us through the site is a catering or events enquiry.
Enquiries are requests, not orders
When you fill in the catering and events form, you are sending us a request for information and a quote. It is not a confirmed order and not a binding contract.
Any booking is arranged and confirmed separately, directly with us. We will reply to your enquiry and take it from there together.
Menu, availability and prices
The menu, product availability, and any prices shown on the site are indicative. They may change without notice, so please treat them as a guide rather than a fixed offer.
Allergen notice
This one matters. Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and other allergens, so we can't fully rule out cross-contamination.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact us directly before ordering or consuming anything from Madie, so we can talk it through with you.
Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to Madie or its licensors. That includes the Madie name, logo and branding, as well as our text, photographs, illustrations and design. Please don't reuse any of it without our permission.
Using the site fairly
Please use the site lawfully. Don't misuse it, try to break its security, or scrape it abusively.
When you use the enquiry form, please don't submit false information or someone else's personal data without their permission.
External links
Our site links out to other places, such as our Instagram profile and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for those third-party sites, and once you leave Madie their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability, liability and law
The site is provided "as is". We do our best, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or suspend it.
Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms removes any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and we may update them from time to time. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights, such as your right to bring proceedings where you live. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
